Dr. Davis is a Wisconsin native—originally from West Bend. She graduated from Ripon College in 1984 with a degree in biochemistry, and received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1988. She chose a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree because she wanted a more holistic medical education, then completed a general internship at Pacific Hospital in Long Beach, California and her OB/GYN residency at Jersey City Medical Center and UW Hospital & Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Davis is a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and is consistently named among the best OB/GYNs in the area in Milwaukee Magazine’s “Best Doctors” issue.
Dr. Davis has been in private practice at Moreland OB/GYN in Waukesha since 1993. She started pursuing innovative solutions for women’s health in 2013 and founded AgeDefy LLC in April of 2015. She is the first physician in Wisconsin to perform laser vaginal rejuvenation.
Dr. Davis lives on a hobby farm with her husband. She has three grown daughters and two grandchildren.
Dr. Bayliss is passionate about helping others pursue peak performance in life by promoting health, balance, and stamina. Immersed in a whole-person approach to wellness, she empowers patients to address root causes of disease rather than simply trying to diminish symptoms.
Dr. Bayliss had been practicing medicine for over 25 years, and has had a leadership role in transformative, patient-centered changes in laboratory and cancer care. She completed her fellowship at the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine and is a member of the Institute of Functional Medicine. She has extensive training in teaching people and teams skills that can improve wellbeing.
She resides with her husband Tom in the Town of Erin, located in Southeastern Wisconsin. She enjoys cycling, yoga, meditation, water volleyball, preparing wholesome food, and spending time with family and friends.
